At Snatched Fashion & Design, we take pride in offering curated, limited‑stock pieces. Because of the nature of our boutique items, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.


🔄 All Sales Are Final

  • Due to hygiene standards, limited quantities, and fast‑moving inventory, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
  • The issue must be reported within the 3‑day window

What We Offer

If approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available)
  • Store credit
  • A refund (only in cases where neither of the above is possible)

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


📦 Return Shipping for Approved Claims

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions via email.
  • Depending on the situation, return shipping may be covered by us or the customer.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

❗ Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Accessories (earrings, hats, etc.)
  • Sale or clearance items

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its location.
  • Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen packages.

🧾 Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • If you need assistance, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
